All prices are including VAT (25%)


Age limit:

Order Confirmation:

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with information about your order

Payment Options

Credit Card 

Secure card payments through our payment partner Stripe that accepts all major cards such as VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

We never store your credit card number, instead your payment of Stripe is transmitted with secure encryption. Stripe is certified according to PCI provider Level 1

This is the highest level of certification available in the card payment industry.

No charge for card payment will be added.


Bank transfer 

You pay in advance to our bank account. It takes about 1-2 business days from the time you made your payment

we see it, thus delaying the delivery slightly compared to the other payment methods.


Invoice

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To act against the bill, you must enter your social security number or company. Condition to act against the bill include that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and is over 18 years. You may not have any credit history. All invoices are Baby Online transferred to Svea Ekonomi AB. Invoice payment terms are 14 days. If payment is agreed and a reminder charge. Interest paid 2% per month. Part payment

Through our collaboration with Svea Ekonomi AB, you can subscribe for an account credit agreement and thereby gift ideas. The credit period, select by ticking the campaign that suits you best. The purchase can be paid in full at any time before the maturity date.

 Customary credit check is done for the personal information provided at checkout, in some cases, this means that a credit is taken. A copy of the credit report will then be sent to your home.

Right to cancel / return:

NOTE In return, important to contact us before you return the item

Private Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days under the Distance Contracts. The right applies under the said Act

only if the product and its original packaging is returned in essentially unaltered condition. The product must not be used.

If there would be any problem with your order or product, please contact us at the customer service.

If you purchased the wrong item, or for other reasons is not satisfied, paid money back (minus shipping costs)

when we received the returned item.


Delivery and transport

The shipping you pay is included to the nearest pickout point, if it is larger and heavier goods it is delivered to the door. If you need help with IN / PICKUP of the order, you must contact the shipping company its extra cost and they must be 2 persons

For items that are not picked up after which the package is returned, has SweHealth right to charge the customer a fee of 300SEK o cover the expenses for transportation and administration.

For shipping abroad contact us at info[at]swehealth.se for correct shipping prices. Swehealth has the right to correct incorrectly stated prices and cancel orders with incorrect pricing.


False orders:

All false orders to the police. To minimize the risk of false orders we log the IP address of the ISP at each order.


Force majeure:

SweHealth is not responsible for the delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control SweHealths

and in this case is entitled to additional time for the fulfillment of their commitments. Examples of circumstance - without posing
