Training with free weights and weight benches is the most widespread form of strength training today. One advantage of free weights is that you can vary the exercises in a variety of ways. It is easier to change the angles of the joints as well as stressing the muscles differently. It is also easy to adjust the training to the thinnest body of the buildings in that the path is not controlled. The challenge with this type of strength training is that it places higher demands on technology than if you train in a multigymmaskin. The positive aspect of this is that the training and muscle work is reminiscent of how the body uses in everyday life, that is what makes training with free weights is a functional exercise.
