- The skin consists of a material that is specially made to be able to practice complex suturing methods such as flap and dog turn. The skin consists of an upper and a lower layer that allows you to practice intradermal sutures as well. The shaping of the skin has been done in collaboration with Dr. Sarah Koenig, associate professor, Surgical Skills Laboratory, Department of General and Visceral Surgery, Göttingen University Hospital in Germany.
