Detailed model of the large intestine showing several diseases

Looking for a model of the large intestine, which shows several different diseases / disorders in the body, this is ideal.

The model shows the entire large intestine in natural size and weighs approximately 1 kg.

The dimensions are 21 x 17 x 27 cm and is delivered on a stand.

There is a list of Latin and several other languages (except Danish), where the anatomical structures and diseases of the model are named via pictures and lines. The overview contains very brief descriptions of the diseases seen in the model. You can download and print the overview via our website - see the product images on the left.

Anatomically, the model shows the entire large intestine from the ileocaecal site to the anus. In a large part of the intestine, both the lining and the wall structure can be seen, and therefore, the following diseases are shown:

Colon cancer in various stages

fissures
