Looking for a practical-sized model of the bile ducts, illustrating gallbladders and gallstones, this model is ideal.
The model shows the bile duct and surrounding organs at a reduction of approximately 50% compared to an adult organ. The model therefore does not require much space.
It weighs 0.39 kg, the dimensions are 14 x 10 x 19 cm and is supplied on a stand.
An overview has been made in Latin and several other languages (but not Danish), where the anatomical structures and disorders of the model are named through pictures and lines. The overview contains a very brief description of gallstones. You can download and print the overview via

Anatomically, the model shows the gallbladder, bile ducts and parts of the surrounding organs (liver, duodenum, pancreas and blood vessels).
Pathologically (disease), the model illustrates stones in the gallbladder and bile duct as well as tissue changes due to inflammation of the gallbladder.
