The modular pelvic structure allows for the use of both male and female genital inserts, with each insert maintaining its anatomical integrity. The innovative bladder is specifically designed to create an unbroken urethral path from the meatus to the bladder neck and to accommodate both anatomies.

Made from high-quality materials, the model faithfully reproduces the look and feel of human tissues, while being robust and durable. The transparent bladder allows the student to visually monitor the position and depth of the catheter, providing a clear understanding of correct technique. When using Foley catheters, the user can see the balloon expand and position itself correctly.

The unique design of the bladder eliminates the unnatural resistance often found in simpler models. The new valve technology ensures a realistic flow when the catheter is inserted and connected to an included fluid bag that simulates a natural urine flow during successful catheterization.

Male genital insert

The male insert has a replaceable and movable foreskin with a realistic feel for training in retraction, hygiene and handling. The urethra is designed with four anatomically correct zones, each with a corresponding shape and resistance during catheterization.

A supplied simulation strap can be attached to simulate prostate stenosis caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia or prostate cancer. This allows for demonstration of why the use of coarser or stiffer catheters is necessary in certain clinical situations.

Female Genital Insert

The female insert requires the flexible labia to be separated to locate the urethral meatus, which is close to the vaginal opening – a detail that realistically illustrates the risk of incorrect catheterization. The urethra offers a lifelike resistance and feel that mimics real-life conditions during insertion.

Flexible use

The model can be supplied as a combination version with both male and female inserts, or as individual models for each gender. The genital inserts are also available separately, making it easy to upgrade a unisex model to a fully bisexual version.
