IV training arm in baby size
This training arm is designed for practising venipuncture and intravenous injection on infants. The model has a special, extremely thin synthetic skin and rubber vein tubing with a small lumen and thin walls, matched to an infant's small vessels.
The cephalic and basilic veins are accessible, as well as the dorsal venous arch on the hand. The arm comes with IV bags, artificial blood and an infusion set, so both puncture and infusion can be practised.
