VELA SAMPLE CHAIR ADVANCE
In our range we have some items that we do not manufacture ourselves. Vela is a Danish manufacturer of quality chairs, which has been around since 1935.
Vela Sample Chair Advance is an ergonomic and comfortable chair for blood sampling with very stable, cupped, swivel armrests on a tilt joint. As an option, the armrests can also be obtained in a version with longitudinal adjustment of the cushion.
Armrests
The robust and flexible armrests are based on a tilt joint and are adjustable in height. The cupped cushions have a size of 11x29 cm.
Seat
Ergonomically shaped, size 47x47 cm.
Backrest
Ergonomically shaped, size 40x40 cm.
Height adjustment
44-59 cm as standard. Also available in heights of 49-69 cm. The height is adjusted with a gas piston via a hand control.
Base
55x55 cm. The stable base's four wheels and central locking that can be reached from all sides increase the feeling of security for the user and is easy for the caregiver.
Cleaning/disinfection
All chairs from VELA are designed to meet all the healthcare industry's high cleaning and disinfection requirements. For optimal hygiene, all surfaces are easy to wipe/disinfect, including the underside of the chair. The backrests have a strip that prevents dirt from accumulating. The chairs' design with clean-friendly surfaces without creases makes it easy to keep the chair clean and disinfected. All parts of the chairs can withstand disinfection with, for example, alcohol or chlorine at recommended concentrations and mixing ratios.
Artificial leather
A wide range of colors are available for the same price, see color chart. The Compound artificial leather meets all the healthcare industry's high cleaning requirements, it can withstand agents with 70-85% alcohol and chlorine disinfection (active chlorine at 1000-1200 ppm). After disinfection, wipe with cold, clean water. At the same time, Compound has a nice surface that does not become slippery or sweaty to sit on during long-term work.
