Flexible shoulder model with ligaments and colored joint surfaces

This joint model shows the shoulder and the associated ligaments (ligaments). It is made in the natural size of the shoulder and weighs 0.4 kg. Supplied on a stand.

Anatomically, the shoulder model shows part of the upper arm, the shoulder blade and the collarbone - therefore also the shoulder joint and the acromioclavicular joint. Using. rubber, the model shows the ligaments belonging to the two joints. In addition, the cartilage-covered joint surfaces are marked with a distinctive blue color. 

In terms of movement, the joint model is flexible and can therefore be used to show shoulder movements such as abduction and rotation.

Clinically, the model is ideal for understanding disorders such as frozen shoulder, osteoarthritis (osteoarthritis) of the acromioclavicular joint and shoulder instability. Of course, it can also be used to understand fractures, joints and sprains.
