EXO pedicure set: 5 filters, 13 mm rubber holder and sanding caps

Complete set for pedicure and podiatry

The EXO pedicure set brings together the accessories you need when working with a podiatry drill with dust extraction. It contains 5 filters for EXO drills, a 13 mm rubber holder and 20 EXO Blue Med Cap sanding caps. Together they help you keep your device in good working order and treat skin and nails precisely during pedicure and podiatry treatments.

Filters for drills with dust extraction

The replaceable filters fit the EXO drills Pedi Lux, Classic File, Podo Line and Supernova and help the extraction system work properly. Replace the filter regularly to maintain suction power and avoid overloading the turbine – an overfilled filter restricts airflow, which can raise the turbine's operating temperature and eventually damage it.

The filters come in various colours; the colour cannot be chosen.

13 mm rubber holder

The 13 mm rubber holder is designed for sanding caps used in pedicure and podiatry. Its well-matched shank sits securely in the handpiece, ensuring stable operation and making precise skin work easier.

EXO Blue Med Cap sanding caps

The waterproof EXO Blue Med Cap 13 mm sanding caps have a composite core and are made for efficient, precise skin treatment in pedicure and podiatry. The cosmetic corundum abrasive makes it easier to remove calluses, hard skin and corns and to smooth the skin on the ball of the foot. The composite Med Cap core makes the caps durable and gives them a good fit on the holder, so they stay in place and the bit can be guided steadily and accurately. The abrasive properties are balanced to limit heat build-up, making the treatment more comfortable.

Grit 80 is suitable for removing hardened skin and working on demanding areas.

Note: Caps and holders with a 13 mm diameter must be used at no more than 10,000 rpm. Higher speeds can cause the micromotor to vibrate and significantly shorten its service life.
