Training Hand for Intravenous Injection

This training hand is a detailed model for practising intravenous injection into the veins of the hand. The dorsal surface includes injectable metacarpal, digital and thumb veins.

The soft, flexible fingers are moulded separately with close attention to detail. The wrist can be flexed, giving students the opportunity to develop the handling skills needed for venipuncture. The skin rolls when the veins are palpated.
