Vascular Victor – practise the care of ports and central lines

Vascular Victor is a vascular access training model developed for nursing education and clinical training. It provides a safe, hands-on environment for learning and practising the handling of both central and peripheral venous access.

The model features several functional ports and catheters: an implanted port for puncture, flushing and dressing changes, a peripheral port in the upper arm, a triple-lumen CVC that can be placed via the subclavian or jugular vein, a tunnelled CVC, a PICC line in the basilic vein and intravenous access sites on the forearm for practising dressing changes.

The anatomically correct design gives authentic tactile feedback, and exercises can be repeated without any risk to patients. The materials are durable and easy to clean. The model is suitable for nursing schools, skills labs, simulation centres, hospitals and medical education institutions.
