Activeshop Derma Roller is a handheld roller with 192 fine titanium needles. The needle length is 0.3 mm. The titanium needles are very thin. The roller is rose gold in colour. The roller is used for microneedling treatments (microneedle mesotherapy) and can be used on both the face and body.

According to the manufacturer, the treatment can be performed with saline solution or together with serums and other active skincare products.
