Treatment Couches for Beauty Salons, Foot Care and Clinics

A treatment couch is built for treatments where the client sits, reclines or lies in different positions during the same visit – facials, lashes, foot care, laser or examinations. Treatment couches are therefore usually divided into two to four sections with adjustable back and leg parts, and many are electric.

Electric or hydraulic?

Electric couches are adjusted with a hand control or foot pedal and have 1–4 motors for height, back, legs and tilt. Hydraulic couches are raised with a foot pump and have manually adjustable back and leg sections.

How to choose

• Number of sections and whether the leg section is split.
• Height range – a low minimum height makes it easy for the client to get on.
• Accessories such as armrests, face hole and paper holder.
• Upholstery that withstands your disinfectants.
