Liquid developer for RefectoCil tints
RefectoCil Oxidant 3% is a stabilised liquid developer equivalent to 3% hydrogen peroxide. It is designed to be mixed with RefectoCil gel henna and brow and lash tints, providing the reaction needed for tinting.
The 100 ml bottle goes a long way – according to the manufacturer it is enough for about 200 applications, making it well suited to salons that carry out many brow and lash treatments.
How to use the developer
Mix a few drops of developer with the RefectoCil tint in a bowl according to the manufacturer's instructions and apply the mixture to brows or lashes. Avoid getting the mixture in the eyes and keep the bottle tightly closed.
