Cream developer for RefectoCil tints
RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream is a stabilised developer in cream form, equivalent to 3% hydrogen peroxide. It is mixed with RefectoCil gel henna and brow and lash tints and helps make tinting straightforward. The creamy texture keeps the mixture easy to control during application.
The developer comes in a practical bottle with an applicator that makes it easy to dispense the right amount. It is economical – according to the manufacturer the contents last on average for at least about 170 uses.
How to use the cream developer
Dispense the developer into a bowl together with the RefectoCil tint according to the manufacturer's instructions, mix well and apply to brows or lashes. Avoid getting the mixture in the eyes and keep the bottle tightly closed.
