Activeshop Derma Roller is a handheld roller with 540 fine steel needles. The needle length is 1.5 mm. The roller is used for microneedling treatments (microneedle mesotherapy) and can be used on both the face and body.

According to the manufacturer, the treatment can be performed with saline solution or together with serums and other active skincare products.
