For consumers, the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive) apply. For business customers, the Swedish Sale of Goods Act applies.

Swehealth reserves the right to sell out of stock, and makes reservations for any image or typographical errors on the website, such as errors in product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or incorrect information about whether an item is in stock. Swehealth then has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item the Customer has ordered, Swehealth will notify the Customer of this and await the Customer's approval of the corrected price before Swehealth proceeds with the order.

Order confirmation:

Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation to your e-mail with information about your order.

Check carefully that all details are correct.

This is a valuable document and serves as your proof of purchase for warranty purposes, so keep it. If you do not receive this e-mail, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. An incorrect e-mail address may, for example, mean that the information does not reach you.

Contact Customer Service if something is not right. When you contact us, it helps if you have your order number at hand.

Payment

We offer several payment methods, including card, Klarna, local payment methods depending on your country, and bank transfer.

For full information about payment methods, security and the handling of transactions, see our Payment Policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you received the goods.

Notify us by e-mail to info@swehealth.com that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, and we will send you a return address and instructions. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form. If you withdraw, we will refund what you have paid, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we received your notice. You pay the cost of returning the goods.

For full information about the right of withdrawal, returns, return shipping, refunds and complaints about transport damage, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Delivery

Delivery time and shipping cost are calculated based on the weight of the order and are shown at checkout.

For full information about delivery area, handling time, delivery times, shipping costs, carriers and tracking, see our Delivery Policy.

Complaints and warranty

As a consumer, you have the right to complain about defects in goods for three years from the date you received them, under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. We bear the risk for the goods until you have received them, which means that transport damage is covered by your right to complain.

In addition, Swehealth offers a 1-year warranty on our products, unless otherwise stated. The warranty applies from the date of purchase, and a receipt or order confirmation must be presented.

The warranty does not cover goods that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used in an unsuitable or incorrect manner, modified, cleaned with an incorrect method or product, used for a purpose other than that intended, or demo units.

The warranty is an addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

Environment and recycling

Worn-out electrical products and batteries must be handed in for separate collection, for example at a local recycling centre – not in household waste and not by post to us. Read more about where to hand in electrical waste and batteries and how to handle them safely on our page Environment and recycling.

Force majeure

SweHealth is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations where this is due to circumstances beyond SweHealth's reasonable control, and is under no obligation to pay compensation in such cases.

Examples of such circumstances are war, riots, strikes, lockouts, fire, explosion, flooding, natural disasters, government action or other similar events that SweHealth could not foresee or avoid.

This does not limit your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied, we would like you to contact us first. If we cannot reach an agreement, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. Swehealth follows ARN's recommendations. Consumers in other EU countries can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net). Swedish law applies to the agreement, but this does not limit the protection you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
